"Updating my review, had a terrible experience with poor communication. They counted comprehensive towards my claims and threatened to review my account for insurability when they didn't even fix my hail damage all the way. Also got to find out when I switched insurance that they didn't mark an accident as no fault or at fault (it was the hail damage), so it automatically marks it as at fault and raised my premiums."
